You will need to register and activate your card first. You can do this by clicking here or by calling the customer service team on 020 7132 1100. The simple activation process only requires a little bit of information about you as follows:
- Your Name
- Your Home Address
- Your Mobile Number
- Your Date of Birth
- Your E-Mail Address
Once you have activated your card you will be able to
use it immediately, if you have purchased a Green Lycamoney Card then we will
need to know your details to ensure you can get the most out of your card, for
example when you want to make an online purchase you may be asked to confirm
your billing address. If this happens please use the same address that you
supplied to us when you applied or activated your card.
